These caps are made from 100% silicone and are injection moulded onto a spherical shape, they are thicker on over the crown of the head to eliminate wrinkles and therefore making them more hydrodynamic. They provide a tight fit to ensure a speedy feel. They are NOT recommended for training or long distance swimming, they are purely for speed.
